I’m Yamilka, a New York–based destination wedding, engagement, and maternity photographer

with a heart for storytelling and a deep love for romance. My passion lies in preserving emotions,

details, and the magic that make each love story truly one of a kind.

Photography has been part of my life since college, when I first picked up a camera and discovered the joy of telling stories through images. What began as curiosity quickly grew into a calling — one that allows me to celebrate the beauty of God’s creation and the love He places between two people. Every couple I photograph is a reflection of that love, and it’s an honor to capture it in a way that feels authentic and timeless. With a camera in hand and an adventurous spirit, I approach each wedding with curiosity, creativity, and care. Life’s simple joys inspire my work — from stargazing and listening to the ocean, to watching birds in flight, dancing with friends, traveling, and exploring new cuisines. These experiences shape how I see the world and how I document your most meaningful moments.
